We care about Delivery and want to make sure we get products to you in perfect condition
The Delivery Options we provide:
Courier to Door by UPS
Full Delivery to place of use by 2 man teams with full unwrap, checking and packaging removal
Where products have delivery options you can choose this at checkout when you input your postcode.
Our service is as follows:
How long will delivery take?
On the product page for every item, you will see the delivery time for your selected options.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and deliveries to northern areas of Scotland may take a little longer.
Where multiple products with different lead times are ordered, the longest lead time of any individual product will apply across the whole order
All of our items are made in the Bisley factory right here in the UK.
While some products are available in stock, most are made to order and this can result in a slightly longer lead time
On All large items delivery is 2 man as standard with:
Delivery to place of use:
Lifts must be available for 2nd floor and above deliveries
Customers must make sure that there is adequate access and room for large items
Most products are welded/manufactured assembled so are large, make sure there is plenty of room
Unwrapping of products
Checking of products
Removal of packaging
Products must be signed for and any unlikely damages noted on the delivery note.
Please note we can leave items in the packaging but you will be asked to sign a disclaimer for any damages. Please note Bisley Direct Limited is Not liable for damages after delivery
Notification of delivery with tracking
On small items, we use UPS to deliver to your door with
Within one or two days for stock orders, you will receive a phone call or e-mail notifying you of the delivery date.
Delivery will only be booked if confirmation is received
If you cannot accept the delivery date offered we will re-schedule the delivery as long as no confirmed booking has already been made
For made to order items you will be contacted once we have the stock in our warehouse usually within 12 to 16 days
The delivery is planned for an agreed day and you will be given a 2-hour delivery slot the day before delivery, usually by text message.
We cannot guarantee am or pm deliveries
We do not currently offer a set day and our delivery teams do try and accommodate most issues,
The route is scheduled with a number of delivery points and the experienced teams know how long delivery will take
You will receive a call if the delivery is delayed.
We will place the item(s) into the location you want to use it
Will remove all packaging and take it away
We will ask you to sign a delivery note and check the products
Any damages or issues must be noted on the delivery note
We recycle packaging to reduce landfills and help the environment
Will deliver between 7am and 7pm for homes but normal business hours 8 am to 5 pm for companies
If you need weekends or fixed time slots charges will apply and are subject to agreement
The reason we have this service is so that you the customer do not:
Get rid of waste
Have any transit damage as the items are signed and checked before the delivery team departs.
It would be cheaper for us to provide a lower service level but this does not provide the service you or the product deserve.
Access is not available to the point of delivery.
We reserve the right to pass on reasonable charges for re-delivery if any of the above issues are raised.
